Description
A North American River Otter pops its head out of an ice hole in an Ottawa storm pond and chows down on its latest catch. The otter was alone but proved it was a very successful hunter, catching more than a few critters on its own. Sometimes river otters will pop up in city storm water pond systems in Ottawa, as they're connected to the Ottawa River channel via City infrastructure.
